Yes. Your resume and profile content is stored securely and never shared with third parties or advertisers. Resume files are retained for 90 days (anonymous scans) or until you delete your account (registered users). See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Both DOCX (Microsoft Word) and PDF are supported. DOCX tends to give more accurate results because it allows us to inspect the underlying XML structure directly -- PDF parsing can be less reliable for structural analysis. Where possible, uploading DOCX is recommended for the most detailed scan.

No. A high ATS score means your resume is structurally compatible with automated screening systems. It does not guarantee any particular outcome with employers. Job search results depend on many factors beyond resume formatting.

Different ATS systems from different vendors use different parsing rules — we optimise for the most common structural and content factors, which covers the vast majority of systems in use. The LinkedIn Rewrite does not carry a score guarantee as LinkedIn profiles are not scored by a standardised system.

No. We rewrite and strengthen existing content — this is a rewrite service, not a ghostwriting service. You must provide your career history, job titles, employers, dates, and achievements. Our role is to make your existing experience more compelling and ATS-compatible, not to invent it.

We review every submission before starting. If your content is insufficient for a quality rewrite — for example, only a name and job title with no bullet points — we'll reach out for more before proceeding. At minimum we need: job titles, employers, dates, and a few bullets per role for a resume; a headline and partial About section for LinkedIn.
