Is it really free for universities and students?
Yes. The ATS resume scanner, keyword checker, career tools, guides and job board are free. Students can try the scanner and keyword checker without an account, and a free account unlocks full reports and the other tools. There is no cost to share FindPrimeJobs with your students.
How do you handle student data and privacy?
We take data protection seriously and handle personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and our privacy policy. Student resumes are processed only to generate their analysis, and we never sell personal data. If your institution has data protection requirements, we're happy to answer questions or review them with your team.
Can you run a session for our students?
Yes. We can run a free online or on-campus session on ATS-friendly resumes and tailoring applications, using the tools live. Email us with your preferred dates and the size of the group.
Does FindPrimeJobs list internships?
The job board includes internship roles from our job sources, and employers can post internships directly for free. If you'd like to share internship opportunities with your students through us, get in touch.
