How do I pay?
By DuitNow QR from any Malaysian banking app or e-wallet. Pick a plan, and you'll get a payment reference to use when you pay. We check each payment by hand and switch Pro on as soon as it arrives, usually within a few hours. Card payments are coming soon.
Does it renew automatically?
No. Each payment gives you 30 days (monthly) or 12 months (yearly). We email you 3 days before it ends; renew if you want to keep it, and the new time is added on top of what's left.
Can I get a refund?
If you're not happy within 7 days of paying, contact us and we'll refund you.
What does the free trial include?
For 24 hours, everything in Pro is unlocked on screen: tailored CVs, cover letters, interview prep, follow-up emails and your LinkedIn About. Downloads and copying are part of a paid plan. One trial per account.
What happens when Pro ends?
You keep your account, your scans and everything you made. Downloads, tailoring and cover letters pause, and your public profile goes offline, until you renew.
Is this written by AI?
No. Your fixed CV, tailored CVs and letters are built by rules from your own CV and the job ad. We never invent numbers or experience: where a figure would help, we mark it for you to fill in.
