What this tool does
Weak openers
Bullets that start with "Responsible for" or "Assisted with" describe a job description, not what you did with it.
Missing numbers
A result without a figure is an opinion. The rewrites add places for scale, time and money.
Ownership
Turns shared, passive phrasing into what you personally moved or changed.
ATS-safe wording
Plain text, no tables or symbols that parsers drop, so the stronger version still reads cleanly.
How it works
- Paste one bullet from your resume, exactly as it is now.
- The tool spots weak openers such as "Responsible for" or "Helped with" and checks whether the bullet contains a number.
- You get three rewrites: a stronger verb, a version with a place for a figure, and a version that leads with the result. Pick one and put in your real number.
Example
Responsible for handling customer complaints.
Resolved around [X] customer complaints a month, cutting repeat complaints by [X]%.
An illustration. Replace each [X] with your real figure; an honest estimate you could explain in an interview is fine.
Questions people ask
Is this really free?
Yes. A free account unlocks it, along with every other tool here. There is no card and no trial.
Will it sound like a robot wrote it?
The rewrites keep your own verbs and detail. You pick the version that sounds like you, then edit it.
How many bullets can I rewrite?
As many as you need, a few at a time. There is a short rate limit to keep the tool responsive for everyone.
What makes a strong bullet?
An action you took, a method, and a measurable result. "Cut monthly reporting from 6 hours to 40 minutes by automating the export" beats "Responsible for reporting".
What if I don't have numbers?
Most jobs have something you can count: customers served, reports produced, team size, turnaround time or money handled. An honest estimate such as "about 40 a week" is better than no number at all.
How many bullets should each job have?
Three to six for recent roles and fewer for older ones. Put the result you would most like to be asked about first.
