Write for FindPrimeJobs Career Guides

You see hiring from the inside: the problems that sink good applications, and the fixes that work. Our readers are job seekers, many of them in Malaysia and Southeast Asia, who want honest, practical advice from people who know. If that's you, we'd like to publish your guide.

Who we're looking for

  • Recruiters, talent acquisition and HR professionals
  • Hiring managers and team leads who interview regularly
  • Career coaches, university career advisers and mentors
  • Professionals who solved a hard hiring problem themselves, such as a career switch, returning to work or moving countries, and can show others how

What makes a good guide

  • One problem, solved properly. "Why your application stalls after the first interview, and what to do" beats "10 career tips".
  • Your experience. Real examples, what you've seen work and fail. This is what readers can't get elsewhere.
  • Practical steps a reader can act on today.
  • Usually 800–1,500 words. Long enough to be useful, short enough to finish.
  • Local context is welcome: Malaysian and regional hiring practice, employers and expectations.

Topics we cover: resumes and ATS, LinkedIn, interviews, job search strategy, salary and offers, career changes, and standing out to employers.

Our standards

  • Original and unpublished. Not posted elsewhere, including your own blog or LinkedIn articles.
  • Written by you. Tools can help you edit, but the ideas, examples and voice must be yours. We don't publish AI-generated articles.
  • No promotion. Your byline includes your name, role, a short bio, your LinkedIn and one website. Links inside the guide are only for genuinely useful sources and carry nofollow.
  • No paid placements, in either direction.
  • Edited and reviewed. The FindPrimeJobs Team edits for clarity and reviews every guest guide for accuracy before publishing, and may update it later to keep it current. You'll approve significant changes before it goes live.

What you get

  • A byline and your own author page, with your photo, role, bio and links
  • Your guide shared with our job-seeker audience
  • A published piece you can point employers, clients and your network to

How to pitch

  1. A line about who you are, with your LinkedIn profile
  2. Your proposed title
  3. A short outline: three to five bullet points
  4. Why you're the right person to write it

Please pitch before writing the full guide. If the idea is a fit, we'll agree the angle together.
