Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related major and at least 12 or more years of compensation and benefits experience within an international organisation.
- Experience working across different countries and general understanding of process, payroll and labor law differences.
- Expertise in messaging to support compensation and benefit programs that are aimed at leadership and employees.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in the English language.
