Certified as a Great Place to Work around the world, Baringa has been recognised by the Financial Times in 22 categories of its UK Leading Management Consultants rankings, and by Forbes for four consecutive years as one of the World’s Best Management Consulting Firms.</div><h2>Our Clients and Marketing team are looking for an experienced Client Experience Marketing Senior Advisor to join the team. </h2> Client Experience sits at the heart of this. <ul> <li>Executive Client Networks</li> <li>Signature client experiences</li> <li>Client listening and insight</li> <li>Thought leadership and client storytelling</li> </ul> Its purpose is simple: to build deep, trusted relationships with senior clients — strengthening our position in priority accounts, supporting commercial growth and helping Baringa show up in a more distinctive, bolder way. We're now building on the success of our existing Networks and expanding into new executive communities, creating an exciting opportunity to join a growing team at the centre of Baringa's client strategy. <h3>What you will be doing</h3> Executive client network and experience delivery <ul> <li>Leading the end-to-end delivery of Baringa's executive client networks, podcasts and wider Client Experience programmes, ensuring a consistently high-quality experience for clients and stakeholders.</li> <li>Supporting the successful delivery of CEO, COO, CIO and future executive communities, flagship research and signature client experiences.</li> </ul> Programme delivery and coordination <ul> <li>Managing project plans, timelines, dependencies and delivery milestones across multiple programmes and workstreams</li> <li>Coordinating delivery across internal stakeholders, suppliers and agencies</li> <li>Ensuring activity is delivered on time, within budget and in line with agreed objectives</li> <li>Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and enhance programme impact</li> </ul> Content delivery and activation <ul> <li>Coordinating the production, publication and activation of network content, thought leadership and research outputs</li> <li>Managing content delivery timelines, reviews and approvals</li> <li>Supporting the activation and distribution of content across Client Experience programmes</li> <li>Ensuring content is delivered consistently and effectively across channels</li> </ul> Operational excellence and governance <ul> <li>Managing end-to-end operational processes across Client Experience programmes</li> <li>Owning legal, compliance and risk requirements associated with network activity and events</li> <li>Managing supplier, agency and venue relationships, including the V&A partnership and membership</li> <li>Maintaining effective systems, tools and ways of working across the Client Experience function</li> </ul> Budget, reporting and marketing operations <ul> <li>Managing budget tracking and financial administration across Client Experience programmes</li> <li>Managing engagement tracking, reporting and performance measurement</li> <li>Supporting ROI tracking and evaluation across executive communities and experiences</li> <li>Managing audience data, email deployment and marketing operations activity</li> </ul> <h3>Your skills and experience </h3> <ul> <li>Strong experience in client experience, marketing operations, events, programme management or stakeholder engagement, ideally within a B2B or professional services environment</li> <li>Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programmes, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously</li> <li>Experience delivering high-quality events, experiences, executive engagement programmes, podcasts or communities</li> <li>Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail</li> <li>Experience managing suppliers, agencies and external partners</li> <li>Experience managing budgets, reporting and operational processes</li> <li>Experience working with CRM, marketing and engagement platforms</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Experience using data and reporting to measure impact and drive continuous improvement</li> <li>A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach</li> </ul> <h2>What a career at Baringa will give you </h2> <h3>Putting People First. </h3> <h3>Baringa is a People First company and wellbeing is at the forefront of our culture.
